Description
Nursery for our little boy Henrik who's due in April.
Design Inspiration
All over the place! I was scouting ideas for a long time to get inspiration.
Decorating Style
We were aiming for less babyish and more sophisticated while still obviously being a baby's room.

Favorite Items
The plush giraffe and the Katie Daisy art are some of my favorites. I loved the idea of incorporating Michigan (where we live) and New York (where my parents live) in art for the room.
Advice
I think picking a solid color that pulls things together and looks sophisticated really gives it a more polished look. In our case that was the navy but I think you have plenty of options.

Love how you mixed and matched colors and prints or patterns. It makes the room look so dynamic and "lived in."

I love it. It's definitely a room he can grow into and be proud of. Good job!
