Description
This room was created for one of my sisters & her first born son. She graciously allowed me and another sister to make all design decisions. The door remained locked for a month as we worked. We had a baby shower/room reveal just before she was due. She was COMPLETELY SURPRISED!
Design Inspiration
She had a few pieces of hand-me-down furniture (score!) and the rest of the room was a blank canvas (double score!). She had mentioned a few themes she liked, safari being one of them. We choose our colors and went from there!

Favorite Items
I love this mural. It is simple & clean yet makes a statement in the room. The floor to ceiling graphic design and color ties the room together and solidifies the safari theme.
Advice
*A nursery or child's room is a perfect place for a mural. It is a fun and playful way to create a room worth remembering. It is only paint after all and can be painted over as they get older.
*Don't be afraid to paint the ceiling! It makes a beautiful impact on the room.
